Scratch

Scratch is a free audio program for Windows 98 and older Windows computers. This is a legacy program, created and intended for a time when Windows itself did not have many mixing features bundled with their software. For the average user, it's dated and likely won't even work on their PC. There are more modern options available but Scratch won't be of much use to them.
